Crosby Bigelow Fitzgerald...
was formed in 1991 through the acquisition of the San Antonio office of AON by several senior employees. Then and now, our sole focus is servicing the risk management needs of commercial middle market and national accounts.
We remain committed to providing our clients with the market reach and technical expertise normally associated with a national broker but with the attention to detail, familiarity and client service of an independent agent. This blending of characteristics sets us apart and accounts for our success and our loyal clientele.
We address each client's risk management objectives individually and develop cost effective programs which combine insurance, non-traditional risk-funding mechanisms and other risk management or cost control services.
Client participation in the goal-setting and decision-making processes is crucial to a program's success. This triangular relationship between our clients, the insurance carriers or service providers and CBF is the foundation of our business strategy.
CBF has a staff of talented professionals who are well respected in the insurance industry. We are specialists who work together to provide our clients with the best products and services. We understand that our services extend far beyond the simple placement of insurance coverage. For each client, we assemble an account service team whose focus is to assist the client in developing and achieving their risk management goals. The members of the team exchange ideas and create solutions tailored to the unique exposures that client presents. At CBF, your business risk is not managed by a single insurance broker nor by a remote service center employee. At CBF, your risk is managed by a team of professionals.
